How credits work

Request your own alphanumeric Sender ID (e.g. YOURSHOP). Your first dedicated ID is free, but BRC and signed NOC documents are mandatory for every request — including the first.

Dedicated Sender IDs
Every tenant sends from their own approved Sender ID — not a shared platform mask. Your first dedicated ID is free, but BRC and signed NOC documents are mandatory for every request, including the first. Additional IDs require a one-time fee of Rs 5,000 each. BRC and signed NOC are mandatory. If a request is rejected, the fee will be refundable.
