1.2 Payment Data: If you make purchases or subscribe to a paid tier, we collect data necessary to process your payment. Please note that credit card details are securely tokenized and handled directly by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

1.3 Subscriber Data (Your Customers' Data): As an ERP and POS system, Plivonex stores data you input regarding your inventory, sales, and your own customers. You retain full ownership of this data. We act merely as a data processor for this information.

1.4 Automated/Log Data: We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Service. This includes IP addresses, browser characteristics, operating systems, referring URLs, device information, and diagnostic usage logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect or receive for various business purposes, including:

2.1 Service Provision: To facilitate account creation, login processes, and provide the core ERP and POS functionalities across your branches.

2.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal: To process your subscription payments, handle the 5-day auto-renewal billing cycle, and apply any necessary prorated charges or late fees.

2.3 SMS Gateway Services: To facilitate the transmission of SMS messages you trigger through our SMS Gateway add-on.

2.4 Communication & Support: To send you technical notices, security alerts, support messages, and administrative information regarding changes to our Terms or pricing.

2.5 Security: To protect our Service, monitor against fraudulent activity, and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We only share your personal data with third parties in the following situations:

3.1 Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your data with trusted third-party vendors who perform services for us, such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors, and SMS telecommunication aggregators.

4.1 Multi-Tenant Security: Plivonex is a multi-tenant application. We implement strong logical separation and industry-standard organizational and technical security measures to protect your Subscriber Data from unauthorized access by other tenants or third parties.

4.2 User Responsibility: While we strive to protect your personal information, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 Account Access: You can review or change the information in your account at any time by logging into your account settings.

5.2 Your Customers' Data: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate consent from your own customers to input their personal data into the Plivonex system.

5.3 Data Deletion: Upon cancellation of your subscription, we will retain your data for a limited grace period to allow for potential reactivation, after which your Subscriber Data will be permanently deleted from our active servers.

6. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, including applicable data protection regulations.
