This Refund Policy outlines the billing and refund practices for the Plivonex SaaS ERP and POS platform ("the Service"), owned and operated by Ragu Farm (PVT) LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By subscribing to Plivonex, purchasing add-ons, or buying SMS credits, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. General Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made to Ragu Farm (PVT) LTD for the Plivonex service—including base subscriptions, branch add-ons, and SMS gateway credits—are strictly final and non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, mid-cycle cancellations, or accounts that remain inactive during an active subscription cycle.
2. Free Trial Evaluation
Plivonex offers a free trial period that does not require credit card information. We highly encourage all users to fully evaluate the software, its POS capabilities, and ERP features during this risk-free period to ensure it meets your business needs before committing to a paid subscription.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Plivonex subscription at any time via your account billing dashboard.
If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle (monthly or annual). You will retain full access to your ERP and POS systems until that cycle concludes.
No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your billing cycle following a cancellation.
4. Auto-Renewal and Timing
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, all recurring subscription payments are automatically processed five (5) days prior to your official subscription due date to prevent unexpected service interruptions.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before this 5-day auto-renewal window initiates. If a charge is processed because a cancellation was not made in time, that charge is non-refundable.
5. Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan or add new branches mid-cycle, you will be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of that cycle.
Downgrades: If you downgrade your plan or remove branches mid-cycle, the new rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not issue prorated refunds or account credits for downgrades made during an active cycle.
6. SMS Gateway Credits
All purchases of SMS credits for the Plivonex SMS Gateway are final. Unused SMS credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to your base ERP subscription fees.
7. Billing Errors and Exceptions
The only exception to our strict non-refundable policy is in the event of a verified billing error on our end (e.g., a duplicate charge for the same billing cycle due to a system glitch).
If you believe you have been billed in error, you must contact our support team within 14 days of the charge date. If the error is verified by our billing department, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
